Tempo.Vote
Next-generation Cardano governance platform — helping DReps, community and Ada holders participate effectively in on-chain decision-making.
Mission
Transparent
All data is sourced directly on-chain via Ogmios and Kupo — no Blockfrost, no centralized intermediary.
Accessible
Helping Ada holders easily find suitable DReps and understand the impact of each Governance Action before delegating.
Secure
Private key never leaves the wallet. All transactions are built server-side and signed entirely client-side by the user's wallet.
Cardano Governance (Conway Era)
Since the Chang hard fork (2024), Cardano shifted to a decentralized governance model under CIP-1694. Three forces decide together:
DRep
Delegated Representative — elected voting representative empowered by Ada holder delegation. DReps vote on-chain for Governance Actions on behalf of those who delegated voting power.
SPO
Stake Pool Operator — operates a pool, representing both technical and economic power. SPOs have their own voting weight in certain GA types (especially HardForkInitiation).
Constitutional Committee
Constitutional Committee — checks the constitutionality of Governance Actions. If CC vetoes, GA is not ratified even if DRep + SPO agree.
For a Governance Action to pass, it needs consensus from both DRep and SPO (depending on GA type). Constitutional Committee can veto if GA is unconstitutional.
