Lloyd's Answer: "The Intersect board currently has rules that prevent voting with any ADA they possess. The decision lies with the Delegated Stakeholders (DS). The assumption is that the DS will ask Intersect not to vote with the ADA, allowing it to sit in auto-abstain."
Lloyd's Answer: "No, Intersect is not looking to withdraw the entire net change limit. Instead, it aims to set a limit reasonable for the community, acting as a facilitator, with other MBOs also being encouraged to participate in the budget process."
